What's the Biggest Cost of Shipping Containers?
A company I invested in was talking about how much freight that they've shipped to the United States and how those costs have come down so much. In 2022, they said they'd shipped hundreds of containers into the U.S., the cost of millions of dollars. So far in 2023, they're a month into this. They probably ship, I'm sure they've shipped dozens of containers already because this is a business that's to import all of their goods. It took 90 days for a container to go from China to theUnited States by December of 2022. Now it takes 45 days. Freight costs them come down a ton. Also, so does shipping time.
