The Differences Between Programs and Projects

For programs, the ideal program is kind of set up and running on its own or maybe not on its own. So a project has these phases, which maybe if you're ready, we can transition into talking specifically about projects where you want to do some discovery and some strategy upfront before you dive into production, post-production and launch. And so with a program, you're still doing your discovery and your strategy, but it's kind of a one-time thing. Does that make sense? Makes complete sense.
