The Effect of International Mobility on Compensation

The data set is unusually large for being able to look at people who are this internationally mobile. And we didn't really see, but we weren't really looking for moves to particular countries. But one thing we did see a little bit of evidence for, but it wasn't very strong, was that they did seem to be a bigger premium to move between regions than within regions.
