The Average Worker Only Focuses for Three Hours a Day

A study found that the average worker only focuses on their task for three hours a day. Andrew Barnes decided to do an experiment with everyone who works for his company, the petrol guardian at New Zealand. And what happened is the people slept more, they rested and they let their minds go off their work. A move to a four day week is one of the big changes I argue for in style of focus which will restore our attention.
