The Tension Between Traditional and Agile Organizations

The tension can be seen, but it can also be felt where you could actually see it is in the structures in the way that the organization is organized. Many organizations aren't built based on decisions being made in teams that are in the bottom of the organization. And we need that agile culture starts to clash with that traditional culture and I think there is a breaking point in that dual operating model.
