The ability to communicate and get some relatively complex concepts across is really, really important. It comes upon the time that people like yourself, or even those in very much applied positions in professional and collediate sport, have come through having done personal training. You know, we teach students how to do this, and you sort of give them a recipe, if this is how you should approach it. And you can see them thinking in almost that tick box approach. But it has to be natural, otherwise it just looks false.
