The Nuance of Stevia Sweeteners

Stevia is a non-nutritive sweet air. Some people will say, well, it doesn't evoke a blood sugar response. But I think more about a syphallic phase insulin response. And if you're having three or four elements a day, that's very different than someone that's having a lot of highly processed type of palatable foods with a lot of artificial sweeteners in them. It really begs the question of you have to know yourself.
