What's the Corona Mortis?

The volume of the pelvis itself does not significantly, massively increase when it's fractured. So there is a huge massive space that will fill up and it is so expandable that it will not create any additional pressure essentially to tamponade it. The binder won't likely limit arterial blood loss, so you need to be getting these patients to a site which can stop that bleeding definitively. Now one of the things Simon forgot to mention as part of your anatomy was something called the corona mortis.
