There is an intense gravity that pulls kids inside now and as I bring up again and the book that gravity is made much greater with the prevalence of screens it's just they are powerful right like media has a powerful pull. processed foods versus natural foods one is yeah exactly more addictive than the other in my house there's a daily conversation often a daily argument about use of screen time.
