How to Diagnose Dying?

Sally Kohn: I heard Ashley Shrieves gave a great talk at SMAC several years ago called How to Diagnose Dying. She showed a lot of data and some graphs and I like graphs. We're talking about trajectories of dying from various things, she said. And that graph was the most interesting in that it kind of goes along and dips down and then it pops back up. But notice they don't ever return to baseline. They come up backed up to slightly worse than they were when they came in.
