We got several brochures from colleges and universities that were being sent by agents who claimed to assure universities of extremely high ranks and grades. They say that you don't even need to pay us any advance. We are assuring you this grade. Let's assume you only assure the college an A plus, such is the confidence. In fact, the NAC or EC's chairman who's Mr. Bush and Patregan himself has come across several such agents and he assured to you why that you know something will be done about this.
