When we're thinking about this sort of thought work what often happens is people got oh but I still think the stupid thought. The point is to stop taking them so seriously and just notice when you do so that you can offer yourself a different one. If you're thinking I don't know enough yet writing is thinking remind yourself of that all the way through now. This fun if you're finding it hard and that means you're not good enough remind yourself that you're willing to find this hard.
