Vacuum Drip Coffee Percolator
Vacuum drip is based on a very similar principle to the percolator in several ways. It dates before gaslight cyphi, cause it comes from the 18 thirties. With these vacuum sets, you are supposed to stir the coffee grounds in water together and get them sufficiently wet so that those oils seep into the water. When it cools down, the water vapour in the bottom chamber begins to condense,. That creates a vacuum, which starts to pull the coffee back down the tube through the filter - but now with brewed coffee.
