I think one of the big challenges for me has been, you know, I did a lot of like boot camps and education and mentorship actually with multifamily people. Like I've been working with Andrew Kishman actually to really to vet multifamily deals because that was where my focus was for almost like a year. And okay, what is the expected return that I wanna be able to offer investors and what are some of the pitfalls that I might be seeing. Yeah, if he was gonna say the other challenge has been a little bit like the deal flow, I was very close to like, maybe I need to start an off market campaign in Ojai or some of these places
