Is Care Really a Part of the Engineering Problem?
The author spent a few months with robotics engineers and programmers at this National Institute. They weren't actually developing robots themselves directly. But seeing their work, I kind of got a sense of how they were approaching care as a kind of engineering problem. There is this danger that if you just see care as a series of individual tasks, you just have this really flattened vision of what care is.
