The Importance of Regular Use of Force
When power is in place, you don't need to resort to force on a regular basis because the power is what's holding everybody in place. We can see that many Western nations are weakening because they used to be able to use manipulation and finances more often. This is the sign of a relatively weak regime because they constantly have to be tested.
