How to Trade a Stock Market

I try to gather the high and low of what Europe looks at. Then I'll look at that market compared to what it did yesterday. And then I'll straighten it out to see where the market is relative to the weekly monthly highs and lows. When the markets, in our markets, open, essentially, all the news has been discounted from Europe, Asia, and Australia because they go through the grind of interpreting it.
