The Keagali Amendment Is a Good Thing

The United States Senate has ratified the Keagali Amendment. The amendment is focused on the phase out of a chemical group called hydrofluorocarbons, which are used in refrigeration. It's forecast to avoid up to a half a degree Celsius of warming by 2050 so it's pretty huge.
