How to Fix a Technical Issue

Asynchronous communication is much more complex than synchronous communications. Service bus has this thing of delayed retries where we say, okay, if we can't immediately retry it a couple of times, let's wait, I don't know, 20 seconds a minute. But then if it keeps failing, because maybe the way you communicate with third party isn't correct, then you need to put aside the message. Some developer comes in fixes the problem but there are also issues that could be solved by another component.
