There is so much pressure on the landing industry. I don't think we are going to see a mass drop off at home prices similar to what we saw in o seven. You're just seeing people try escape high prices on houses and on everything else by moving to other places. The first half of the year just grew so much in terms of home prices. But it's really a question of 20 23 and where home prices are going to go based off of that relationship between demand decreases and and supply decreases.
