Inbred Business - The Genetic Pool Is Not Diverse
When you're first coming up as a creative, you mostly learned some sort of creative skill. But there comes a time when you set in your head, I want to make this a business. You look to your competitor down the street and you launch a website just like them. This is something that I'm going to call an inbred business. It's where the genetic pool is not diverse enough to have a healthy, happy business.
