i think we're going to be right about some things. We're certainly going to be wrong about a lot of them. But the thing that i feel confident in is this idea that a lot of our needs don't change, but our ability to access those needs does. If you have any ideas about the future of work, deftly let us know. It'll be fun to listen to this episode five years from now and see what played out.
People say that COVID was an accelerator, forcing trends that may have taken decades to develop, to instead take hold in much less time. Remote work was one of those trends. But we're not done yet!
The future of work is constantly evolving and it doesn't just impact whether you can Zoom without pants. :)
In this episode, Cal and Steph discuss the second and third order effects of the remote revolution and what's to come. And in part one of this series, they discuss how this equation impacts the individual and companies. In part 2, they'll talk about new products and services, and macro trends to come.
