Pre-Training

Adam: We're finding that opportunities to practice some even common skills are more and more limited than they once were. And it's very important when these things do happen, that you have learned already how to manage your emotions when it does happen. That's why this is such an important thing because it gives us the opportunity to do that for everybody early on so that they can build on those experiences throughout the residency.
