For most people it's somewhere between like seven and nine hours of sleep a night. For you that hour of morning routine is more important than the difference between seven hours and eight hours of sleep. So I would suggest probably that like the sleeping an hour earlier is just going to be way better for your life. But of course being able to sleep early like sleeping early is just is the ultimate hack. It's just high performance drug. Mm.
