When It's Time to Start a Team?

Ami was fulling numbers yesterday, the average in june was four 12 in our market. So i think everyone is looking back on it, could hae, should a wooda have bought every single house we could in 20 17 and found a way to finance it. But you just don't know the things that you know now. We help the millionaires, we help a the every day people. The teachers, the police officers. We help everyone. It took me a long time to give up control. And it was just, i knew how to control me. I thought, ok, it's time to start a team.
