Choosing a Mutual Fund
A lot of people out there have a mistaken notion that these things are free or that the differences in fees are just not really significant and actually there are vast differences in the fees that different mutual funds charge. If you're looking at an index fund so like an S&P 500 index fund for example you should be choosing the fund that charges the lowest fees because the portfolio you're being invested in is exactly the same no matter what index fund you're choosing.
