If two people never disagree, it means that at least one of them is not thinking critically or speaking candidly. And i guess my big takeaway from task conflict is that great minds do not think alike. They challenge each other to think differently. How can we make the internet more like that? I don't know how much headway has been made yet. But look, i thinkth the starting point is to recognize that descent is good for for stretching thinking, even when it's wrong.
