Inflation really started to come down about a year ago. And so we're just now reaching the point where year over year inflation numbers are starting to look low. A lot of that was the oil price collapse. Some of that, I believe, was interest rate hikes because, you know, I kind of believe in six month lags. But if we hadn't had the interest rate hikes, then inflation would have started rising again.
