I would have thought that you would be paying very close attention to your macros, at least as you're cutting and maybe have some sort of intuitive approach. It really is down to a science, a lot of the time, or at least that's how it sounds to me when I hear other bodybuilders talk about their prep. But yeah, if you are in a situation where to be consistent and kind of, you know, hit that and you have to go starve yourself for three days, then you're probably not ready to do this.
