The Most Effective Way to Approach Leadership

I think the way that we've laid out the course, I think, is the most sensible way to approach leadership. We will have six different topics over these six different months. Each of these cycle is then basically on one topic. Small groups are really, really important because they make sure that all the people stay engaged.
