How Much Influence Are These Outside Ideas Having on the Decisions About Where I Want to Go?

i was on chasejarvic show when my second book and audience of one, came out. He had asked me to list patterns doda between the people i've interviewed. One of them i saw over and over was people's ability to overcome their social programming. How in the world do people cultivate that capacity? I think it's reflection. It's not complicated. But that doesn't mean it's easy to do.
