The Different Depths of Relationships

I think we've got to remember that there are lots of levels to closure. Are we talking about off-boarding as a customer completely? This is the end of my relationship with this brand or this organization. But I really like this because it makes me think about lots of economic and business issues to do with this. That, you know, like I mentioned during interviews, organizations are completely built up for add-on sales and for closing sales. And that's not always how life is, not always how we are. You still need to get closure and you still need to end it in a good way.
