We're not taught it, so we don't understand it. And we need to tune into those feelings. People who are more interoceptively attuned are more ampathetic. So i do that without thinking subconsciously, and then i go, how do i feel when i'm in this position? And then i project that feeling up back on to them. It's wild, isn't it?
