The Life and Times of Pelagius

A Christian monk and theologian named Pelagius seems to have shared Cedric's more compassionate view of the human condition. We know that Pelagius was active roughly between about 390 and 420. He wrote a book called De Libero Arbatrillo, or On Free Will. Augustine himself sought Pelagius' excommunication.
