I think we celebrate some Hail Marys that have worked out. And also I bet leaders don't really dive in as much with people and say objectively, you got a good outcome, but that was the wrong decision. How often does a CEO turn around a company usually parachuted in to do that and then we pick them up and put them into another place and they fail? In reality it might have been unique, contextual situation, but it also might have been just absolute luck.
