Dabbs case is hitting home, it's vivid and graphic. It frightens me because not every horrible decision has such obvious catastrophic real world effects. I think voting rights is the quintessential example. You are not hearing about entire communities of native people in Arizona who cannot get their ballots to the polls due to GOP suppression laws. To this family, it was about a woman with breast cancer being fired and dying without a job or health insurance. We should be telling those stories"
