Are You Presupposing a Community?

It seems like it's a little bit different because in Mark, at least the reader knows what the secret is. And here you're saying like, this is like taking a step farther. So is it presupposing a community then? Is it presupposing? I think it must be or at the very least, it's consciously stop short of explaining stuff.
