One of my favorite questions is a very short question, which is what surprised you. So in our personal life, we make the space and we give ourselves permission to have a conversation about surprise. And really, as I said before, you're going back and forth between these various techniques and you may find something in the surprise. We also talk very much about guesstimating because at the end of the day, what's the answer? What's the number?"
