The deficits in Ukraine's power systems remain significant, according to the country's national energy company Ukrenergo. The power grid is still recovering from damage caused by Russian missile attacks, and all regions are subject to power outages as demand continues to outstrip production. Attacks on the electrical grid are also putting a major strain on Ukraine's communication network. Joining the show to discuss is Ismet Yazicki, CEO of Lifecell, the country's third-largest mobile telephone network.
