If you hold that energy when when, it can affect your attitude. A physical response of regular exercise really helps your tude. I love this saying, don't listen to yourself. Talk to yourself. Speak life to self. What do you do when those little things start to creep back in, to kind of sweep em away? And does it get easier with time because you're such a positive person?
