How to Distinguish Conflict and Tension

If you're going to rely on other people to come in and fix your stuff when you're not around, you just better make sure those people have access. I think it also might be useful to go back to shared goals here because this does feel kind of confrontational and like they're trying to maybe deflect blame or feeling guilty or defensive. Hopefully you have an underlying shared goal of wanting your systems to work so that your customers can use them.
