Is There Evidence That Joyce Ever Read Crowley?
Crowley wrote a review of Joyce basically calling him a genius and saying in the review, he said he couldn't go into all of it. For Crowley to call anyone a genius, especially a contemporary of his, is very rare. So I speculate that if the Joyce would be aware that someone had called him a genius. And then interestingly, also in the tales of the tribe, you know, I sometimes I read this stuff and I wonder, well, am I stretching it? Is this just me trying to find something there?
