Jamie: You can also do a pleurodesis with an indwelling pleural catheter often we do that. We tend to see them back at about two weeks to see post pleuroscopy if they have drained what their trajectory or cadence of drainage is. Jamie: There are different formulas for an iodine pleurodesi the patient's own blood is certainly a possibility and I think it's probably favored a little bit less than doesn't have as much of an efficacy. If you think that there's a time in the future that a surgeon may have to get into the pleurol space they would appreciate something autologist like blood that isn't going to stick as much
