These are meant to touch on speed, but not to overdo it. You also want to make sure that you're always in control of your speed so that you don't overdo it or cause injury. If you get out of control or if your form breaks down at any point during these workouts, then you should stop because this is about establishing good mechanics and efficiency. And again, allowing you to consistently establish this routine without having any blips little niggles that pop up as you go. Again, we're trying to get you fit enough to train fit enough to do the more rigorous workouts that will come later in the cycle.
