Do Hard Things?

The author says we should do hard things and that it's important to experience discomfort. Exercise is one thing, but i'm just curious as to your thoughts on how people might go about doing the difficult things. I totally agree, a shifting back to do hard things. Even something as simple as having difficult conversations is an avenue where we can almost flex this mental muscle of toughness.
