I think those you know for me it's how you conceptualize learning yeah and I often get sucked into doing a PowerPoint on something come and present to us about this. It's very easy to create an environment where I'm educating a group of people in my organization is standing in front of them with 50 PowerPoint slides the best way to do this, he says. He adds that if you don't then do it yourself than that's like okay so you know again how am I setting up the environment how am I presenting information how am I checking for understanding how am I letting people knows all of those things are really useful tools.
