The Autobiographical Narrative

We have autobiographical narratives of all the different aspects of our life. They're always changing, unless they got arrested. And so as we work through the trama, we open up those stories,. Those stories then develop, and they become more life afirming, more transcendentstories. When that happens, our blood pressure goes down. It's easier to exercise. We have more self theme. You know, we're more able to look at the mechanisms we used to push trom away - drugs, alcoholoreating – and have a little bit more room to change that kind of stuff. But sometimes it's not enough.
