The Advantages of Big Tech Over Startups in AI

Apu: You've pointed out that Big Tech has some advantages over startups in the AI space. I guess, you know, as Julian also said, it's sort of a pivotal moment, right, in where we're going? Apu: Absolutely. If you think about some of the most important pieces for AI, you need a lot of compute as AI is extremely capex and resource intensive. And that's why I think the Big Tech companies aren't great positions here. Startups can be more agile without question but Google, Meta, AWS will each been more than 30 billion each this year in capex.
