How to Aspire to a Full-Time Missionary Assignment

Bobbie: I want to encourage them about that desire for serving the Lord in that way. It might be several years before we as a church, whatever kind of formally endorsed and send out as someone who aspires to full-time missions work. The more their desire and gifts align with our church's missions investment,kind of the higher level of support and involvement we can have.
