How to Write an Offer to Buy a House

When you write an offer, most of the time you will include a contingency. The main three contingencies are inspection contingencies, appraisals and loans. There's a rule in California that once you receive disclosures on a property, you have seven days to back out after receiving them. That is not a part of the contract that realtor's used.
